Common questions
Is Cykee free?
Yes — sending requests, going on dates, voting, and matching cost nothing. The only thing that costs money is sending a physical gift after a match (the product price plus a $6.99 delivery fee).
What does Cupido cost?
Nothing. You get 1,000 free Cupido conversations when you join. Earn more through referrals or by completing dates. Premium tiers don't exist.
Can I get my data?
Yes. Profile → Download my data. We generate a JSON file with everything we hold about you and hand it off to your phone's share sheet. We don't keep a copy of the export.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete Account. We schedule deletion for 30 days out so you can change your mind by signing back in. After 30 days, your data is permanently purged.
Where are you based?
The team is in Miami. The app runs on US infrastructure. If you're in the EU/UK, we transfer your data under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
How do I report a user?
In the app, open any profile and tap Report. Three reports auto-hide the profile pending our review. For urgent issues, email support@cykeeapp.com.
